Contacting Siddiqui’s Legal Services by telephone, email, website form, or any other method does not create a paralegal-client relationship.
A professional relationship is established only after any necessary conflict checks have been completed, Siddiqui Legal Services has agreed to represent you, and a written retainer agreement has been signed by both parties.
No.
Until a paralegal-client relationship has been established through a signed retainer agreement, please do not send confidential, privileged, or time-sensitive information.
During your initial inquiry, we require only enough information to understand the nature of your matter and determine whether we are able to assist you.
You may request a consultation by:
- Completing the Consultation Booking Form on our website.
- Sending us an email.
- Calling our office during business hours.
We strive to respond to all inquiries within one business day. Response times may vary during weekends, holidays, or periods of high demand.
Please have available any documents that relate to your legal matter, such as notices, court documents, correspondence, agreements, photographs, or other relevant information.
If additional documents are required, we will advise you during the consultation process.
Legal fees depend on the type, complexity, and circumstances of each matter.
After reviewing your situation, we will explain the services we can provide and discuss the applicable fees before any retainer agreement is entered into.
Once a paralegal-client relationship has been established through a signed retainer agreement, your communications will be treated in accordance with applicable legal and professional obligations.
Until that relationship has been established, please avoid sending confidential or sensitive information.
