If we are able to assist you, we will:
• Arrange an initial consultation.
• Explain your legal options and the services we can provide.
• Discuss our professional fees and the proposed scope of work.
• Provide a written Retainer Agreement for your review and signature before any legal services are provided.

Any applicable fees, the scope of our services, and the terms of representation will be clearly explained before a Retainer Agreement is entered into.

A professional relationship is established only after:
- Any necessary conflict checks have been completed;
- Siddiqui Legal Services has agreed to represent you; and
- A written Retainer Agreement has been signed by both you and Siddiqui Legal Services.
